In these unprecedented times, as the world grapples with the challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic, it is crucial for us to reflect on our past achievements and focus on the future. Despite the adversities, humans have shown resilience in adapting to the new normal. As we forge ahead, I take pride in our collective accomplishments and would like to share some key milestones as we chart our course forward.
We embarked on this journey from humble beginnings, and over the course of four years, we have grown into a formidable presence, serving communities across the nation with a dedicated team. Our trajectory reflects our commitment to excellence and professionalism in the insurance industry. We have established ourselves as a trusted brand known for our knowledge-driven approach, expertise, dedication, and customer-centric service.
I am pleased to report that our financial standing remains robust, with strong fundamentals and stability. It gives me great pleasure to announce that we have achieved the highest number of policy sales and disbursed a record claim settlement amounting to Rs. 4 crores. Our claim settlement ratio, standing at around 99.99%, speaks volumes about the quality of our service and customer satisfaction. This success has been made possible by the unwavering support of our dedicated agency force, numbering over ten thousand, and the relentless efforts of our employees, all of whom deserve commendation.
Looking ahead, we recognize the challenges posed by the evolving market landscape and heightened competition. Nonetheless, we remain steadfast in our commitment to improving performance and achieving our goals.
